Job Description

What you will be doing:

Conduct residential real estate closings involving buyers sellers and lenders.
Review closing documents and title searches for legal sufficiency.
Address title curative matters and resolve issues efficiently.
Communicate with clients brokers lenders and title companies throughout the closing process.
Handle a high volume of transactions while delivering top-notch service.

Experience you will need:

JD from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in South Carolina (required); North Carolina license is a plus.
Notary Public (or willingness to obtain before start date).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A strong sense of professionalism attention to detail and customer service mindset.
Experience in residential real estate law is helpful but not required—we will train the right person!
