Your Role in Our Mission

• Assemble products according to work instructions while consistently meeting quality and productivity goals.
• Follow all company safety rules and maintain safe work habits at all times.
• Identify nonconforming parts complete required documentation and place items in designated red bins for quality review.
• Maintain a clean organized work area and uphold 5S standards.
• Maintain reliable attendance to support team output and production goals.
• Provide training to others when needed.

What Youll Bring

• Associate must be skill checked on 1 position within the assigned department within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to speak read and write clearly.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
• Ability to use common sense to solve problems.
• Computer Operations: Very slight amount required with basic computer operation skills.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good hand-eye coordination; ability to work under pressure quickly and accurately; ability to work primarily as a single unit but in cooperation with the team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
