Assoc Customer Solutions Mgr, NAMER Scale CSM

As an Associate Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) at AWS you will work with a team of CSMs responsible for helping guide AWS customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud. The execution of education plans roadmap to business outcome alignments Executive Briefing Sessions go-live events and transitions are a few items owned by the CSM team that are critical to the success of our customers cloud this position you will incorporate program management customer cloud journey acceleration and customer value realization to ensure AWS teams work together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes for the customer. You will have the opportunity to make recommendations for improvements as well as provide input in order to run effective meetings and ensure that concise information is delivered to the correct audience.




Key job responsibilities
Interface with customer and AWS leadership driving collaboration between the other core account groups (Sales Support Solutions Architecture and Professional Services) product/engineering teams and customer teams to plan and support major workload migrations
Help manage cadence through reporting and tracking functions along the way
Identify opportunities/risks establish relationships with your customers engage in constructive discussions and advise customers on relevant best practices for migration modernization and AI/ML adoption.

- Experience with one of the following programming languages: Python Ruby C# or C
- Experience with two or more of the following: networking fundamentals security storage or databases (relational or NoSQL) operating systems (Unix Linux and/or Windows)

- Knowledge of at least one relevant technology domain area (e.g. compute hardware network software big data security etc.)
- Experience with one or more of the following domains: analytics security storage DevOps application development or machine learning

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
