We are seeking caring dependable and energetic part-time Assistant Daycare Teachers to support our teaching team in creating a safe nurturing and engaging environment for children. This role is ideal for college students high school seniors or individuals looking to gain experience in early childhood education.
The ideal candidate is responsible energetic flexible and passionate about helping children learn and grow. We are looking for team players who are willing to step in where needed and help create a positive experience for both children and families.

This is an entry-level position.

- Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout the daycare classrooms and programs.
- Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate learning and play
- Help maintain a clean organized and safe classroom environment
- Support meal times nap times diapering and restroom routines as needed
- Build positive relationships with children families and team members
- Follow all daycare safety procedures and licensing regulations
- Assist with classroom setup and cleanup during opening and closing shifts
- Help create a warm welcoming and positive atmosphere for children
- Communicate with parents and families sharing their childs latest adventures and achievements through various avenues including mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Must be at least 16 years old
- High school students college students or individuals pursuing education nursing psychology or childcare-related fields are encouraged to apply
- Previous childcare experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team
- Must have a positive attitude patience and love for working with children
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children
- Have a high school diploma/GED (ECE coursework preferred)
- Meet any applicable state licensing requirements for the role
- Part-time hours available
- Flexible scheduling around school schedules
- Must be available for some:
- Opening shifts (example: 6:30 AM 11:30 AM)
- Closing shifts (example: 11:30 PM 6:30 PM)
