WHAT YOULL DO

• Manage all subcontractor activities
• Perform as the Project Safety Monitor. Ensure that all health and safety project plans are implemented
• Fully understand the scheduling process and related software; able to actively status the field progress and update schedule
• With Superintendent lead and supervise the workers and monitor work performance
• Perform basic takeoffs and has estimating skills for change order work
• Work collaboratively with management by keeping them informed of progress summarizing information and trends
• Track/record construction documents punch lists and changes
• Attend and document Safety Subcontractor and Owner meetings
• Provide input and assistance with pre-job planning strategizing and conceptual scheduling
• Mentor subordinates and promote team atmosphere reflecting BONDs values

WHAT YOU BRING

• BS in engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience in the Construction Industry
• Requires exceptional supervisory interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships
• Builders license and appropriate education and certifications (OSHA First Aid CPR etc.)
• Possesses knowledge of Owner Contracts drawings subcontractor agreements scope and risk management mitigation
• Exhibits a thorough understanding of construction knowledge including but not limited to site work concrete masonry mechanical and electrical
• Demonstrated experience with scheduling process and use of a project plan
• Must be detail-oriented organized flexible and able to effectively multitask while working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met while providing accurate deliverables
• Must have a robust knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word Power Point and Outlook)

BENEFITS

• The expected salary range for this role is $90000 to $115000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience skills and qualifications.
