• Own daily store operations and drive overall store performance
• Lead coach and develop a high-performing commission sales team
• Drive memberships commission sales upgrades and revenue growth
• Set the pace on the sales floor and lead by example
• Inspire your team to crush individual and store goals
• Build relationships with guests and deliver an exceptional experience every time
• Train motivate and retain top talent
• Monitor team performance and turn goals into results
• Oversee opening closing and daily operational standards
