• Lead and inspire a team of Service Advisors
• Coach team members daily to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Create a positive high-energy work environment
• Lead by example through professionalism integrity and accountability
• Help develop team members both personally and professionally
• Monitor daily performance and coach for continuous improvement
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and urgency
• Work closely with service technicians and dealership leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience
