National Security Consultants is seeking an Assistant Security Supervisor who will be responsible for supporting the security efforts for a local retail center in Niles : Responsible for the safety and security of the facility including staff tenants and guests Supervise and evaluate the performance of all security personnel Ensure security officers are following company policy and procedures Recruit train and develop security personnel in collaboration with Security Manager and Regional Manager Ensure scheduling is handled effectively to best meet the demands of the facility Assist in maintaining and processing detailed weekly reporting systemWhy Youll Love Working with Us: When you join the Cafaro Company you become part of the Cafaro Team and Family.
