Job Summary
Join SingleSource as an Assistant REO Asset Manager and build your career in REO asset management. This is a hybrid role based out of our Canonsburg PA office where youll help manage REO (real estate owned) and foreclosed properties through foreclosure eviction valuation disposition and sale.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in real estate REO foreclosure mortgage servicing default servicing property preservation or property management who wants to grow their career in REO asset management with a clear path to advance into an REO Asset Manager role.
- Manage foreclosure and REO work orders accurately and within client deadlines
- Monitor REO properties through eviction valuation listing and sale
- Coordinate with clients attorneys and vendors throughout the REO lifecycle
- Order and review BPOs and appraisals and assist with cash for keys and HUD conveyance
- Maintain accurate property and client information across internal and client systems
- Support REO Asset Managers with portfolio management and property disposition
- Experience in real estate REO foreclosure mortgage/default servicing property preservation or property management preferred
- Strong organization time management and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience using AI tools is a plus
- Strong communication customer service and problem-solving skills
- Full-time MondayFriday 40 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling between standard business hours
- Hybrid role based out of our Canonsburg PA office
- Hands-on training: Learn the full REO asset management lifecycle alongside experienced Asset Managers
- Industry experience: Build experience in REO foreclosure mortgage servicing and real estate asset management
