Job Summary
At the discretion of the Wood County Prosecutor the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Appellate is responsible for performing any and all duties required of the Prosecutor as set forth by the statutes and Constitution of the State of Ohio and is subject to the same qualifications statutes requirements penalties and obligations applicable therein.
Bachelors degree and Juris Doctoral degree plus passing of the Ohio Bar examination supplemented by 3 years of relevant experience in trial litigation criminal law or appellate law or practice; or any equivalent combination of education training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge skills and abilities for this job.
