A premier Class A luxury apartment community in Media PA is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support leasing operations resident relations and daily property management activities for a 192-unit mid-rise community.

Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Administrative Support
Respond to prospect inquiries via phone and email
Schedule appointments and conduct apartment tours
Enter prospect and application information into OneSite/RealPage software
Process rental applications and prepare lease documentation
Ensure all leasing paperwork is completed accurately and timely
Resident Relations
Address resident concerns complaints and service requests professionally
Enforce community policies and lease regulations
Assist with resident engagement activities and community events
Property Management Support
Process rent payments and manage delinquency communications
Draft and deliver resident notices
Coordinate maintenance requests and monitor work order communications
Review and input invoices in OneSite software
Assist with vendor documentation contracts and proposals
Support the Property Manager with daily operational duties
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential/multifamily property management and leasing
Experience with OneSite or RealPage software preferred
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
Understanding of landlord-tenant relations preferred
Flexibility to occasionally work Saturdays (10 AM 4 PM)
