Client: Long-established commercial structural restoration contractor operating across Southwest Florida with a strong track record on complex commercial waterproofing painting & structural building restoration projects.

Job Info: Support the Project Manager with the coordination and delivery of commercial restoration projects assisting with schedules budgets subcontractors materials and project documentation. Work closely with Superintendents field teams clients and suppliers to monitor progress resolve issues and keep projects on track. Assist with change orders cost tracking and client communication while ensuring work is completed to specification and in line with safety and code requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial construction building restoration or a related industry
• Understanding of waterproofing painting & structural restoration systems
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a solid understanding of project coordination OSHA compliance and site safety
