We are currently seeking an Assistant Program Director to help lead clinical and administrative operations at the Ware Family Resource Center (FRC).

What You Will Do:
- Provide administrative and clinical supervision to FRC staff including scheduling and coverage
- Conduct trauma-informed intake assessment and treatment planning for youth and families
- Facilitate evidence-based groups and provide clinical training and consultation to staff
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and produce reports for funding sources
- Build collaborative relationships with families team members and community partners
- Represent the FRC at community events and step in for the Program Director as needed
Who You Are:
- Masters Degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling or a related field required
- Licensure (LCSW LICSW or LMHC) required
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and management experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children and families
- Massachusetts CANS Certification required
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license and reliable vehicle required
- Understanding of trauma-informed care substance use and rural community needs preferred
