This is a full time 5 year fixed term position.
The position of Assistant Principal - Administration (Secondary) is a significant Senior Leadership position in the schools organisational structure and as such is a member of the school Leadership Team. The Assistant Principal Administration provides general leadership in support of the Principal in the achievement of the acknowledged mission and goals of the school and its community. The Assistant Principal Administration will have teaching responsibilities and will be responsible for general and specific administration duties which may include staff formation and student behaviour management as per the principals guidance.
With proven leadership experience and a deep commitment to Catholic education you demonstrate the ability to develop and mentor others within a professional learning culture. Drawing on your knowledge of contemporary pedagogy curriculum design and student wellbeing you inspire excellence and model inclusive values-driven leadership. Youll also lead continuous improvement and innovation using data-informed practice to strengthen teaching learning and student outcomes.
Youll bring authentic faith leadership as an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community together with full accreditation to teach Religious Education and registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
