About the Position

American Security is seeking a motivated organized and detail oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support the day to day management of our security operations. This position plays a critical role in recruiting staffing employee relations scheduling and ensuring our officers and clients receive exceptional service.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast paced environment can effectively manage multiple priorities and is committed to maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit qualified security professionals through various recruiting platforms and marketing initiatives.
  • Create and manage job advertisements.
  • Interview evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding orientation and training.
  • Develop and maintain employee work schedules while ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Ensure employees remain compliant with licensing certifications and company requirements.
  • Oversee employee performance provide coaching and corrective action and administer progressive discipline as needed.
  • Maintain and update office procedures operational manuals and company documentation.
  • Assist with field visits employee evaluations and quality assurance inspections.
  • Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned.
