Assistant Manger

Ziggys Pizza & Sandwich Shop is looking for an experienced dependable Assistant Manager to join our team!

Were looking for someone who is confident taking the lead making day-to-day decisions and keeping the store running smoothly while providing great customer service.

Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing employees and operations during scheduled shifts
Leading directing & holding team members accountable
Handling customer service issues professionally
Cash handling & daily store responsibilities
Making day-to-day operational decisions independently
Assisting the Store Manager with inventory & store needs
Maintaining communication with the Store Manager Owner & Upper Management
Helping ensure Ziggys standards for service cleanliness food quality & productivity are met
Being willing to jump in and work alongside the team wherever needed

Comfortable leading a team
Able to problem-solve and make decisions independently
Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in restaurant food service or management preferred

Competitive pay based on experience

Flexible schedule

Up to 40 hours per week if desired
