$50000$55000 annually
Starting salary is based on experience and qualifications.

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 23 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication organization and leadership skills
• Ability to coach motivate and hold team members accountable
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for hospitality team development and delivering great guest experiences
• Reliable adaptable and ready to lead from the floor

As a Via 313 Assistant Manager youll work alongside your restaurant leadership team to support daily operations develop team members and make sure were delivering on our promise of Every Guest. Every Pizza. Every Experience.

Youll be present on the floor leading by example and helping your team succeed during every shift.

As an Assistant Manager youll:

• Lead and support daily restaurant operations
• Coach develop and motivate team members
• Provide real-time feedback and reinforce performance expectations
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns
• Help drive sales profitability and overall restaurant performance
• Maintain high standards for food quality cleanliness safety and hospitality
• Assist with scheduling staffing inventory and administrative responsibilities
• Support recruiting hiring onboarding and training
• Ensure company policies procedures and operational standards are followed consistently
• Partner with restaurant leadership to identify opportunities and improve results
• Serve as a culture leader who demonstrates Via 313s values every day
• Jump in wherever the team needs yougreat leaders arent afraid to get their hands dirty!
