As the Retail Assistant Manager you should bea goal-oriented success driven person whose next career step is a StoreManager. The RAM should be a bold energetic passionate person providingattentive and friendly service for a great customer experience every day. Responsibilities

Conduct administrativeduties at the store.

Keep all promotionsand pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.

Maintain thefacilities for audit compliance.

Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds

Assist Store Leader inexecuting initiatives related to sales service and customer experience.

Partner with StoreManager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
