Assistant Manager - Eye Contact Madison WestGeneral Job Description & ResponsibilitiesThis is a position that carries a great deal of broad responsibility for ensuring the highest-quality client service and patient care at the practice. You will help to oversee other staff to ensure an exceptional client experience. Primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of the practice including:opening and closingpatient schedulingpatient/client relationsquality assuranceoptical salesmentoring and coaching others guiding team to ensure excellent customer service and employee performanceserving as a role modelExperience & SkillsExcellent customer service skills and personal presentation are also critical to this will work closely with the manager to ensure smooth practice processes select eyewear troubleshoot patient/client issues and fit lenses.
