Were looking for an experienced Shift Leader who has already demonstratedsuccess leading teams and is ready to take the next step toward restaurantmanagement. This position is designed for individuals with previous leadershipexperience who want to continue developing their management skills whileproving they can lead a high-performing restaurant.

Youll receive hands-on coaching from our management team while taking onincreasing responsibility. As you consistently demonstrate strong leadershipaccountability and operational excellence youll have the opportunity toadvance into an Assistant Manager role.

Lead shifts while creating a positivehigh-energy environment

Coach motivate and hold team membersaccountable

Ensure every guest receives exceptional service

Support opening and closing procedures

Maintain food quality cleanliness and safetystandards

Assist with inventory prep and laborefficiency

Handle cash management and daily operationaltasks

Help train and onboard new employees

Lead by example through hustle professionalismand integrity

Partner with management to improve operationsand develop future team leaders

Previous experience leading or supervising ateam

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Dependable organized and accountable

Strong communication skills

Enjoys coaching and developing others

Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Wants to build a long-term career in restaurantleadership

Takes ownership and solves problems

Must be at least 18 years old

Minimum one year of leadership or managementexperience in a restaurant retail or customer service environment preferred

Experience opening and closing a business is aplus

Food Handler Card / ServSafe Certification (orwillingness to obtain)

Reliable transportation

Flexible availability including evenings andweekends
