Hospital located near Panama City Florida is seeking a full-time Travel Assistant Laboratory Director to join their team!

The Travel Assistant Laboratory Director Job Description:

• Collaborates with the Director to plan organize and oversee Laboratory Services operations while ensuring compliance with all applicable local state and federal regulations. Monitors Point-of-Care (POC) testing activities prepares compliance reports and provides follow-up and support to nursing departments to ensure adherence to established standards and requirements. Develops and maintains staff schedules and adjusts staffing assignments as needed to meet workload demands and operational needs. Assists with departmental in-service education staff training and ongoing professional development initiatives.
  

The Travel Assistant Laboratory Director Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelors degree at minimum
  
• Must have ASCP or AMT certification
  
• Must have BLS certification
  
• Must have at least 3 years of clinical laboratory experience in all areas
  
• Must have at least 1 year of laboratory leadership experience
  
• Must have Florida State license along with Supervisor licensure
