• Daily Management: Assist in supervising front-line staff and department leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Training: Support the onboarding and ongoing development of new team members to ensure they meet brand expectations.
• Ambassador: Act as a role model for the Train Different philosophy fostering an energetic and welcoming environment.

• Lead Production: Assist in managing the guest pipeline including lead generation outreach and touring prospective members.
• Goal Achievement: Help the team reach monthly membership and private coaching targets.
• Promotions: Execute in-club events and community outreach to drive awareness and new member sign-ups.

• Member Retention: Proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction and address concerns before they escalate.
• Club Excellence: Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure the facility is clean safe and fully functional.
• Admin Support: Assist the GM with scheduling inventory management and ensuring compliance with all company policies.

• Experience: 13 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; bachelors degree preferred.
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50120 lbs.
• Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification required; a nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
