The Difference You Will Make
This role is responsible for supporting daily operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar and restaurant located in the assigned area. The Assistant General Manager will assist with daily activities of both Front of House and Back of House to ensure outstanding customer service and operational compliance. Your leadership will help build consistency across operations strengthen team engagement and enhance guest satisfaction by executing our food philosophy where community starts in the kitchen.
What Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree in business management or similar area of focus desired.
ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
TABC Certification where applicable
Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications
At least two (2) years experience in a leadership role in the restaurant bartending or hospitality industry.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to work with long periods of standing and walking throughout the dining room kitchen and service addition employees will walk; handle food and beverage objects reach and extend with hands and arms; talk and hear. Occasional climbing balancing stooping crouching and crawling; specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision distance vision and the ability to focus.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job the employee is exposed to an restaurant environment including a kitchen area.
Location and Travel: Position will be based in Nashville TN Brier Creek NC Pflugerville TX or Columbus OH with occasional travel to local and out-of-state markets.
