Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager focuses on staff and customer service supporting the General Manager with daily dispensary operations including inventory compliance and team leadership.

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour (DOE).
Hours: 40 - 50 hours per week.
Availability: Full-time including weekends evenings and holidays.
Industry experience with Dutchie Metrc or Weedmaps is highly preferred.

Qualifications

Age: Must be 21 years of age.
Agent Registration: Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a Massachusetts Cannabis Agent Registration Badge (including passing the state-mandated background check).
Knowledge: General knowledge of cannabis products accessories and local industry trends.
Experience: Proven ability to manage a team in a highly regulated fast-paced retail or sales environment.
Tech Skills: Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word/Excel) and point-of-sale systems (Greenbits/Metrc preferred).
Core Competencies: Excellent oral and written communication skills high level of integrity and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Schedule: Full flexibility to work opening closing weekend and holiday shifts.
