Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Magna Hospitality Group L.C. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for training coaching and the daily operations of the hotels guest services. This includes the front desk reservations and audit as well as general guest services and working side by side with the team daily. This position helps set the tone for the guest experience and demonstrates leadership by leading by example in exceptional guest service.
As Assistant Front Office Manager you will work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments and independently. The person in this key role is exceptional in communicating and coordinating work efforts with their team and others to achieve outstanding guest and team member satisfaction throughout the hotel. Performs quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
Requirements:
*Previous 2 years of Assistant Front Office Manager experience in a branded hotel environment
*College degree or coursework in a hospitality-related field preferred
*Strong knowledge of software applications especially Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ Opera Fosse Lightspeed HotSOS GXP BOB Kipsu Slack)
*Fluency in English; additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are beneficial
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others
*Strong leadership skills
*Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
*Reliable with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
*Full availability is required; must be able to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
