Assistant Director, Specialty Masters Programs

The Assistant Director of Specialty Masters Programs will have primary responsibility for program management operations and student services for the Questrom MS in Business Analytics program and a shared role in supporting the other Questrom Specialty Masters degree programs. The Assistant Director will report to the Business Analytics Masters Program Director and work closely with the Masters and PhD program staff. The Assistant Director will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the student experience for a growing enrollment of MS in Business Analytics degree students which currently comprises two overlapping cohorts of 100 students each. Responsibilities include program management operations academic student support and managing student events such as orientation and community building addition the Assistant Director will be assigned other projects as they relate to all graduate students and share in general administrative responsibilities as a member of the Masters & PhD Center team.

• Bachelors degree required masters degree preferred.
• One to three years of experience in counseling student services or higher education administration.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills be highly organized and able to multitask and have.
• Prior event planning experience preferred. Some evening and occasional weekend work is required.
• Occasional domestic travel may be required.
