Qualifications
Bachelors degree required Minimum 4 years of experience in prospect development or related field. Excellent interpersonal organizational and both written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively work and interact respectfully within a diverse and inclusive -depth knowledge and facility with various databases (Blackbaud a plus) and Microsoft applications. Capable of working efficiently and quickly to respond to unanticipated requests when required. Familiarity with free and paid prospect research and wealth screening tools. Experience with Lexis Nexis and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain constituent records confidentiality.
