Omni Hotels & Resorts is seekingAssistant Director of Engineeringfor the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa!Ranked among the best resorts in Texas: Top 5 Resorts in the Southwest Conde Nast Traveler and Top 5 Resorts in Texas Travel Leisure Worlds Best Awards 2025To provide technical and administrative assistance to the Director of Engineering Services and to assist the Director of Engineering Services in the operational aspect of the Engineering :Assist the Director of Engineering Services in the full upkeep of the preventative maintenance including the keeping of logs on work done scheduling and the assignment of projects and other related the Director of Engineering Services in the procurement of supplies and the issuance of purchase work orders and assign work by up-to-date inventories of heat light & power and repair and maintenance to guest with the Engineering staff on a shift basis and coordinates their the full responsibility for the Engineering Department in the absence of the Director of Engineering a thorough understanding of Omnis fire alarm procedures and emergency a thorough understanding of Omnis job be familiar with Omnis Systems and Services :Must have extensive HVAC electrical and mechanical have high level knowledge in plumbing ice machines and have high level knowledge in fire oral and written communication be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights weekends and holidays.3-5 years of hotel engineering experience experience at a convention service hotel managing a crew of 20 or more.
