Job Summary
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 - 5:00 or 9:00 AM6:00 PM (full availability required)
Pay: Starting at $15 - $16 per hour based on experience
- Support Lead Teachers in implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Help maintain a safe clean organized and welcoming classroom environment
- Assist with daily routines including meals diapering toileting and transitions
- Encourage positive social emotional and developmental growth
- Build strong relationships with children families and fellow team members
- Observe and share developmental milestones and classroom observations
- Foster a positive collaborative atmosphere throughout the center
- Experience working with young children is preferred but not required
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work M-F 9:00 AM6:00 PM required
- Early Childhood Education coursework or related education is a plus
- Must obtain (or be willing to obtain) the free 15-hour South Carolina Health & Safety Certification before orientation
- Must obtain (or be willing to obtain) First Aid/CPR certification
