Job Summary

- Bachelors degree in Accounting.
- Sightline Cloud preferred.
- Five or more years of progressive accounting and finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP financial reporting and internal controls.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong manufacturing experience.
- Experience supporting budgeting forecasting cash flow analysis and month-end close.
- Knowledge of revenue recognition and percentage-of-completion accounting is a plus.
- Strong analytical organizational leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced detail-oriented manufacturing environment.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.
- Prepare and review month-end quarter-end and year-end close activities including journal entries account reconciliations and financial analysis.
- Analyze manufacturing costs including labor material overhead inventory production variances and standard costing to improve operational performance.
- Prepare financial statements management reports KPI dashboards gross margin analysis and other reporting packages for executive leadership.
- Supervise general ledger accounting accounts payable accounts receivable fixed assets reconciliations and financial reporting activities.
- Support payroll reconciliations banking transactions cash management and cash flow forecasting.
- Partner with manufacturing operations purchasing and engineering leadership to support budgeting forecasting inventory management and financial planning.
- Monitor inventory valuation work-in-process finished goods and manufacturing cost reporting to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain strong internal controls and support internal and external audit requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvements within accounting finance and ERP systems to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Foster a culture of accountability collaboration operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
