Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Reporting
Oversee billing revenue cycle payroll cash flow and financial reporting
Ensure billing is properly submitted followed up on and collected in a timely manner
Analyze Medicaid managed care and insurance reimbursement structures
Support audits CFR reporting compliance and strategic growth initiatives
Planning & Performance Management
Build forecasting budgeting break-even and projection models
Develop KPIs across all departments and programs
Track profitability productivity census growth staffing ratios reimbursement trends and collections
Create accountability and performance measurement systems
Systems & Strategy
Implement modern financial systems dashboards and reporting tools
Conduct weekly strategy meetings with department heads
Oversee grants budgeting tracking reporting and compliance
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or nonprofit organizations preferred
Strong understanding of KPIs forecasting operational finance grants and reimbursement models
Experience implementing financial and operational software systems
Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with OMH OASAS CFTSS HCBS or fee-for-service models a plus
CPA and/or MBA preferred but not required for the right candidate
