The Krill Co. Inc. is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Project Field Superintendent for hire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of field-related duties and assist the Field Superintendent in responsibilities including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of field-related duties and assist the Field Superintendent in responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Field engineering and layout.
- Subcontractor coordination.
- Scheduling and procurement of materials.
- Manpower planning.
- Field documentation and daily reporting.
- Safety meetings and audits.
- Toolbox talks.
- Contract management.
- RFI submission and logs.
- Shop drawing review.
- Cost-control management.
- Pull-planning skills.
Requirements:
- We are seeking a self-starter with a proactive management approach and excellent communication skills.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with project management staff consultants architects and clients.
Key qualifications include:
- 1-3 years of field experience.
- Education in construction management (bachelors degree preferred) related degree or trade background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word Outlook P6 and Plangrid/Autodesk (project management software).
- LEED AP accreditation (Preferred).
- Industry certifications in Safety and Trade skills.
- Proficient in reading comprehending and interpreting construction documents (specifications shop drawings and project plans).
Background drug and alcohol background checks are mandatory requirements for employment.
