Assistant Construction Project Manager Cypress TX

POSITION OVERVIEW Supports the Project Manager in coordinating all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Assists with scheduling documentation subcontractor coordination cost tracking and project communication to ensure safe timely and successful project delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with daily project coordination and communication. Track schedules milestones and deliverables. Manage RFIs submittals change orders meeting minutes and project documentation. Monitor budgets invoices and job costs. Prepare project reports forecasts and progress updates. Coordinate material and equipment deliveries. Support project meetings and track action items. Assist with compliance safety and contract requirements. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred. 25 years of construction coordination or project engineering experience. Commercial or infrastructure construction experience preferred. Strong knowledge of construction documentation and scheduling tools. Strong communication organizational and coordination skills. PHYSICAL / WORK REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary. Ability to walk construction sites and climb ladders/scaffolding. Exposure to weather noise dust and construction activity. May require travel and irregular hours based on project needs.
