Assistant Construction Manager

Valley View hospital is hiring for an Assistant Construction Manager to assist the Construction department in implementing and accomplishing departmental goals processes and objectives!

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

1. Functions as Owners Representative in all construction projects.
2. Assists the Construction department in implementing and accomplishing departmental goals processes and objectives.
3. Supports project management responsibilities for VVH construction projects and manages projects as assigned by the Project Manager.
4. Supports the relationships at all levels of construction to minimize impact on the hospitals function of providing services 24/7/365.
5. Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements.
6. Coordinates construction activities across multiple divisions.
7. Exhibits professional behavior respect and etiquette when collaborating with hospital and/or community leadership as appropriate.
8. Participates in the exchange of ideas information and opinions to arrive at decisions and solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience:

• At least 2 years experience in related project management or support preferred
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred

Skills:

• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Able to maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with team members
• Exhibits creativity and innovation in solving problems; must be broadly focused and able to manage multiple efforts concurrently

SALARY RANGE

• $76460.80to$112444.80/annually
• Entry salary dependent upon education skill set and experience.
