The Assistant Coach will work directly under the Head Coach to assist with all aspects of the program including pitching. This includes daily instruction game strategy recruiting and player development. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing talent a deep understanding of modern pitching catching hitting and defensive analytics and the ability to build strong relationships with student-athletes.
Required Qualifications
Coaching experience at the NCAA Division I level.
Proven track record of developing players who excel in college softball.
Working knowledge of current biomechanics pitch mechanics catching mechanics and data analytics.
Acceptable driving record and willingness to travel for recruiting and tournaments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a NCAA Power 4 program.
Ability to throw elite batting practice that exceeds 70 mph.
International softball playing experience.
