Assistant Brand Manager

The Assistant Brand Manager will own pricing product set-up and reporting and analytics across eCommerce and DTC platforms and will brief creative teams on packaging and digital assets to support new launches and ongoing platform content. This role blends operations analytics and cross-functional leadership to drive growth and profitability across the brand Assistant Brand Manager will be at the forefront of the future of health and wellness while helping drive eCommerce and DTC growth across four of our most dynamic brands Natures Truth Vitafusion Fiber Well and Lil Critters. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where innovation ownership and collaboration are : Own pricing strategy and execution across eCommerce and DTC platforms (e.g. Amazon ) for Natures Truth Vitafusion Fiber Well and Lil CrittersManage new item and product set-up across eComm and DTC platforms ensuring accurate content pricing and SKU dataDevelop and deliver regular reporting and analytics on eComm/DTC sales performance pricing and platform trends using Stackline and other platform-specific dataPartner cross-functionally with our marketplaces team insights creative regulatory and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of eComm/DTC pricing and product set-up initiativesBrief creative teams on packaging and digital asset needs for new item launches and ongoing platform content ensuring assets align with brand guidelines and are ready in time for launchBuild and maintain pricing and cost of goods spreadsheets; analyze margins promotional impact and profitability by platformMonitor competitive pricing content and merchandising across eComm/DTC platforms and identify opportunitiesSupport monthly sales forecasting and inventory planning to ensure proper in-stock levels across eComm/DTC channelsReview promotional programs to ensure alignment with financial objectivesAll other duties as assignedQualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required2 Years in Marketing or eCommerce (CPG OTC Cosmetics Vitamins) or relevant experience preferredStrong project management skills and communication skills (written verbal presentation and interpersonal)Previous experience with consumer marketing research tools (Nielsen IRI and Stackline preferred)Experience with eCommerce/DTC platforms (e.g. Amazon Shopify) and product content management systems preferred but not a requirementAbility to understand how to identify/interpret trendsProblem solving/solution-oriented mindsetAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills is a mustOccasionally willing to travel to trade shows sales meetings and/or retailer presentationsWe proudly offer: Medical Dental Vision 401K with Company Match Pet insurance and more!We reward the hard work of our team members with fun and exciting company events Summer Picnic Festive Packages Holiday Celebrations and associate referral bonuses!Founded in 2011 Piping Rock Health Products has gone on to win Long Islands Top Workplaces Award 6 years in a row & securing the spot as Top Supplement Manufacturing Company 2024 by Food Business Review!
