Assistant Boutique Director

As the Assistant Boutique Director at our Aspen location you support the Boutique Director in ensuring the successful day-to-day operations of the boutique delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving defined business objectives. You contribute to team performance uphold brand standards and assume full responsibility in the Directors absence. Reporting to the Boutique Director this role serves as a key business partner and operational leader for the boutique with responsibility for overseeing daily boutique operations after-sales service inventory management vendor coordination compliance and operational excellence while ensuring the seamless execution of all boutique activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Director in driving daily operations boutique performance profitability sales targets and KPIs while ensuring an elevated luxury client experience across all touchpoints.
• Lead by example on the sales floor cultivating meaningful client relationships through exceptional service brand storytelling and client development while coaching the team to achieve business objectives.
• Demonstrate and champion a deep understanding of the brands heritage craftsmanship values and luxury service standards in all client and team interactions.
• Foster a collaborative high-performance culture through coaching mentoring onboarding accountability and the development of team members.
• Serve as the boutique operations lead overseeing day-to-day operational execution boutique presentation security procedures vendor coordination inventory integrity compliance requirements audits and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage the complete after-sales service and repair process from client intake through final delivery including communicating repair estimates timelines and service recommendations while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• Assist in managing parts ordering and availability coordinate boutique supply replenishment and oversee weekly and monthly watch and parts inventory counts reconciliations and reporting.
• Act as Boutique Director in their absence ensuring business continuity operational rigor team leadership CRM excellence client retention strategies and successful execution of boutique initiatives and events.

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years experience in high-end luxury retail with a strong passion for craftsmanship luxury storytelling and client engagement.
• Proven expertise in CRM clientele development and relationship management with a track record of building long-term high-value client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities including coaching mentoring onboarding and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen with excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing boutique operations inventory control after-sales service repair administration and operational compliance within a luxury retail environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently manage sensitive client situations and cross-functional partnerships.
• High level of ownership accountability attention to detail and adaptability within a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings weekends holidays and boutique events as business needs require.

Additional Information :

Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The compensation range for this position is $100000 to $120000 annually and the role is also eligible for a bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidates relevant skills experience and qualifications.
