Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform client intake assessments
• Sign-off on client care plans for VA department (if applicable)
• Assign client care plans
• Assist with caregiver training and orientations
• other duties

Qualifications and Skills

• Caregiving experience preferred
• A passion to help others
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills

• Willing to travel
• Pass a background check
• Active RN license

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Home care: 1 year (Preferred)
• Senior care: 1 year (Preferred)
• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Care plans: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• RN License (Required)
• Drivers License (Required)
