Assembly Technician

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 years of experience in manufacturing construction or mechanical trades (e.g. plumbing electrical carpentry HVAC); steel or fabrication experience is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude including the ability to read blueprints use simple math and take accurate tape measure readings.
• Proficiency with standard hand and power tools (employee must provide basic personal tool set).
• Strong work ethic reliable attendance initiative and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. reach pull climb and perform labor in non-climate-controlled industrial settings.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

• Assemble disassemble and package mechanical components and compressor units for shipment.
• Operate production equipment shop machinery surface preparation tools and material handling equipment (e.g. cranes saws).
• Read and interpret blueprints schematics and work orders to complete tasks.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area including tools and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols wearing required PPE in dynamic shop environments.
• Perform additional shop duties as assigned by leadership.
