Job Summary
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm
What you will do:
Responsible for providing assembly testing and facility support for all our production efforts. Assembly of fabricated parts and assemblies at workstations along with testing of final assemblies to meet tolerances and product specifications.
- Will work with Electro-mechanical components assemblies equipment and machinery such as precision encoders motors brakes instruments controls robots machines etc.
- Performs a variety of complicated technical and non-technical tasks.
- Identifies Quality & Safety improvements for the production team & overall company.
- Will be cross-trained over multiple assemblies with expectation of mastery of each and every assembly.
- Will Skill sets to include working knowledge of torque hand tools soldering crimping ESD handling / knowledge electrical circuit testing transmission cabling system testing & system troubleshooting.
- Ability to solve problems by identifying relevant facts and key issues rapidly
- Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings
- Demonstrates the willingness and ability to adapt to technical requirements of assigned area
What you need:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of related manufacturing experience
Preferred:
- Technical assembly experience
$23.80/hr plus bonus potential and benefits.
