You will join the team as an on-site technical assembler building small complex pumps and pneumatic components that support aviation and defense equipment. You will work in a cell-based environment (23 people in a 10-foot area) collaborating closely with peers to meet quality and production goals. Schedule is an onsite first-shift 5x8 day production cadence (8 hours/day).

• Assemble small complex pumps and components (60150 pieces; assemblies no larger than 18 inches)
• Work in a cell alongside 23 teammates communicating and collaborating to meet build standards
• Use precision hand tools and test-stand equipment to assemble and test products
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions to ensure parts meet specified dimensions and tolerances
• Perform manual dexterity tasks and participate in manual dexterity testing during interview/onboarding
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and apply critical thinking to resolve problems
• Follow quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement within the cell

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanically inclined with 2 years of relevant experience (small precision technical work complex assembly or equivalent hobby experience)
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints (must be evident on resume)
• Experience using hand tools and test equipment; ability to describe tools used on resume and in interview
• Strong manual dexterity attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in close-proximity cell setups
• Self-motivated dependable goal-oriented and adaptable team player
• US citizenship must be confirmed on resume; diploma or GED required prior to interview
• Willingness to complete required Mandex/manual dexterity testing

• Soldering experience
• Automotive/mechanic background or experience building electromechanical assemblies
• Prior experience in precision manufacturing or aerospace-related assembly

$19.60 - $24.50/hour
