You will support assembly and test operations to help the team meet customer delivery schedules and maintain quality standards. You will work on-site on 2nd shift (3:00 PM1:30 AM MondayThursday) with initial training on 1st shift for several weeks. This is a 36 month contract role where your work directly impacts production throughput and product conformance.

• Perform basic mechanical assembly and testing using hand and power tools mechanical/electronic tools test equipment and inspection measurement equipment
• Record test results on data forms and use basic electrical test equipment and flow meters
• Interpret blueprints engineering orders assembly routes and test specifications to produce assemblies that meet product and customer standards
• Participate in lean initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities
• Maintain safety practices and foreign object damage (FOD) free work areas; ensure equipment calibration per schedule

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of general mechanical work experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
• Mechanical aptitude: select appropriate procedures techniques tools and equipment
• Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

$15.60 - $19.50/hour
