The Assembly 1 position in Wichita KS entails assembling products to specifications and routing operations performing the duties outlined under the responsibilities while ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards.

• Utilize CNC benders parflanges deburring tools rotary saws hose crimpers tape measures and various other hand tools for creating tubing and hose sub-assemblies as per customer specifications.

• Follow the build instructions and testing reports meticulously to document product conformity.

• Notify the lead or supervisor about defective materials or questionable conditions.

• Keep the work area and equipment clean and orderly while adhering to safety regulations.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines as needed.

• Complete tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.

• Adhere to Hyspeco Safety and Personnel Policies.

• Comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements outlined in Hyspecos quality procedures and processes.
