Assembler Shift 1 (#9261)

You will assemble and test mechanical products to meet customer quality and on-time delivery goals supporting production and quality stakeholders. You will work onsite on 1st Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM MondayFriday) and operate under direct supervisory guidance. Your role advances lean initiatives and contributes to process improvements on the shop floor.

• Perform basic assembly and test functions using hand and power tools mechanical/electronic tools test equipment and assembly fixtures
• Record test results on data forms and operate basic electrical equipment and flow meters
• Interpret blueprints engineering orders assembly routes test specifications and quality directives
• Produce and inspect assemblies to customer and industry standards
• Perform touch-up or full surface painting and related finishing tasks as needed
• Participate in lean initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities
• Maintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area and follow safety rules
• Ensure equipment calibration per schedule

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Hands-on experience as a mechanical assembler or similar production role
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
• Comfortable using torque wrenches calipers micrometers power and hand tools
• Experience with precision measurements and documenting torque values
• Able to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 25 lbs
• Willingness to work 1st Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM) and be open to overtime or weekend shifts if needed

• Experience in ISO-certified or regulated environments (e.g. aerospace medical devices)
• Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing processes
• Experience with electromechanical assemblies or aerospace components

$16.00 - $20.00/hour
