Job Summary

As a Mechanical Assembler with PPG Quality youll be hands-on in creating essential respiratory safety products. From ventilation blowers to ambient air pumps and breathing air panels youll transform components into life-saving equipment that supports workers across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble ventilation blowers ambient air pumps air filtration panels supplied air respirators and other respiratory products from parts and sub-assemblies
• Test products to ensure performance and compliance with specifications
• Package finished goods for shipment
• Monitor inventory shortages and report to supervisor
• Maintain a safe organized workspace and handle equipment responsibly
• Support team needs with flexibility including overtime
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow detailed drawings written instructions and verbal guidance
• Skilled with hand tools (manual pneumatic and electrical) calibration devices and air gauges
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid math skills with whole numbers
• Ability to lift 40lbs unassisted - consistently
