In this role a typical day will look like:

• Assembling electrical and mechanical components subassemblies and finished products following detailed work instructions

• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams schematics blueprints and Bills of Materials (BOMs)

• Performing wiring soldering crimping and cable routing tasks

• Conducting functional testing and basic troubleshooting to ensure product performance and quality

• Identifying and escalating quality safety or process concerns

• Completing required production and quality documentation accurately

• Maintaining a clean organized and safe work environment aligned with 5S standards

• Collaborating with Engineering Quality and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve processes

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 13 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

• Experience using hand tools power tools and basic assembly equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
