Summary:
- Location: Houston TX
- Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot test assemble disassemble and perform visual inspections of Aero Equipment.
- Assist in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment.
- Provide technical support across the business while complying with HS&E policies.
- Demonstrate familiarity with hand pneumatic and hydraulic tooling.
- Accurately use precision measuring equipment (ID/OD/depth micrometers calipers etc.).
- Work as a team member to follow detailed work routers for inspection and repair of units and rotating equipment under time constraints.
- Provide on-site support as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting testing assembling disassembling and visually inspecting aero equipment.
- Experience in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment.
- Capability to perform testing with minimal supervision/instruction.
- Familiarity with hand pneumatic and hydraulic tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to independently comprehend complex machining or assembly drawings.
- Attention to detail in inspections measurements and repairs.
- Consistently follows HS&E procedures and safety standards.
Soft Skills:
- Effective problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- Ability to collaborate well with technicians engineers and support teams.
- Clear communication skills to share technical information and provide support when needed.
