Assembler Day Shift

ROLE: Assembler
LOCATION: Erlanger KY (Cincinnati metro)
STARTING PAY: $20.50/hour ($0.50/hour increase at 90 days)

The Role
This is a day shift full-time floor-based assembly position. Youll be building electrical resistors by hand connecting wires mounting components into metal enclosures and following work instructions and engineering drawings to put together units that meet precise quality standards. Youll work alongside other assemblers and report to the Small Assembly Supervisor with support from quality inspectors and production staff throughout your shift. No prior electrical experience is required if youre comfortable with hand tools and can follow detailed instructions well teach you the rest.

What Youll Be Doing

• Assemble electrical resistors by connecting wires ceramic parts and metalcomponents following work instructions and engineering drawings
• Mount and secure resistor parts into fabricated metal boxes and enclosuresusing hand tools power tools and specialized equipment
• Inspect your own work throughout the process and verify measurements andconnections against quality standards
• Rework or repair units that dont meet spec when assigned
• Keep your work area clean organized and stocked throughout your shift
• Complete production paperwork and time tracking accurately for each job
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times on the floor

What Were Looking For

• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required
• Comfortable using hand tools and willing to learn new equipment
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and basic drawings
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-first attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods lift up to 25 pounds and performrepetitive tasks throughout a shift
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
