Do you want to help us build the DNA oftech. Vishay Barry is currently seeking applicants foran Assembler1.The Assembleris responsible forassemblyofelectroniccomponents.

The Assemblerwill have an opportunity to enhance their manufacturing skills by working in multiple areas in the Assembly Department.The Assemblerwill handle test and inspect small electrical components.

Job Location:

Vishay Barryis located inAttleboroMAthat is conveniently located near the main highways as well as some highly recommended restaurants.There are 70 employees across two shifts working at our 40000sq.ft.facilityofmanufacturingspace. This would be an on-site position for first shift

What you will be doing:

• Read and interpret the instructions on the traveler and customer specifications to process the order.

• Handle and test small electrical components.

• Using a microscope and tweezers visually inspect parts perthe travelerfor the correct dimensional and visual criteria.

• Tasks may vary requiring flexibility and versatility such as cover assembly electrical tests visual inspection packaging and other miscellaneous functions.

• Computer skills areto recordworkperformed.

• Pay rate will be $18- $22 hourly

Whatyou willbring along:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Ability to perform work under a microscope and able toidentifydefects.

• Computer experience.

• Strong hand eye coordination.

• 1 years of experience using microscopes and tweezers preferred.

• Must have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to detail.

• Detail oriented self-motivated witha strong senseof personal ownership and a team attitude.
