As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Credential Verification in Balch Springs TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As an Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents support access control and respond professionally to evolving situations. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication while working with a team that is agile reliable innovative caring and committed to integrity.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking facilities entrances parking areas and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures maintaining a professional presence while handling sensitive financial institution operations.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner using appropriate armed response protocols and promptly reporting activity to designated personnel.
• Prepare clear accurate reports and maintain required documentation related to patrols incidents observations and security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Possess CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
